William Sheerin

Will works across the both the Property and Litigation Departments. He specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing – sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

The other string to his bow is that he is an experienced litigator, undertaking a wide range of work, including Personal Injury, Housing Law (for both landlords and tenants), boundary disputes, contract disputes, debt matters and inheritance provision claims.

Will’s calm, pragmatic and positive approach makes him popular with clients, especially when they are experiencing financial or emotional stress.

Will is a keen sportsman, and enjoys watching and participating in a number of sports, particularly hockey, which he plays locally.
